Think I suck at the game

Once I hit a certain point in Tower I just cannot win games lmao, it is absurd. I've lost some games in total BS getting annoying. Do I just suck or does the difficulty scale up at a certain point?

5 Stars seem Plenty this season

I've picked up 2 5 Stars with ease this season, and have my 3rd on the way quickly. 4 stars are also coming along nicely. Feeling really good about this season, I think my overall is great to still have a pretty good handful of 3*

How can I support the best?

My wife (30 yo) got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia yesterday. The past few months have been absolutely miserable, she started on Gabapentin about a week ago and is actually doing quite well on it. However this "first flair" has been miserable. She's also struggling with some orthostatic hypotension, herniated disk, and some other issues.

This has taken a toll on me as well, I'm her only caregiver, our kids are too young and any family is completely useless. I lost a job a few years back due to her health issues (having to take off so much work), what are the best ways I can support her? She is pretty hesitant about medications, which I completely understand, and lifestyle changes are hard to make especially with the kids (3 and 10)

What would be your absolute first change to start trying to make to help the quality of her life? I want to be the most supportive husband I can be and truly understand this and how to help her

Hard Time Moving Up

This is my team and growing from this point is pretty hard. Other than 85s any upgrades would be rather minimal, I understand it's just the timing of the game, it's just annoying lol

Makerights for SO 1+ Star Pack

Just got makerights for the Standouts 1 Star+ trade pack, I guess other cards weren't in it lol. The makerights are absolutely awful, however I've opened 6 of those packs now and get a 2 star each time, kinda nice.

Enjoying the Game so far

So far I've really enjoyed CFBM except for full game solos they are unbelievably annoying. But pack odds are absolutely abysmal in this game it's awful. And then receivers just drop easy passes. My biggest complaint though is kicking, while I basically never kick, I despise it, due to the latency it is impossible for me. Anyone else having trouble kicking.

Added my team too!

New Opportunity from CNA!

I see people posting a lot about jobs they can get from their CNA but that isn't a CNA job. Currently I've been working as a MA in a family practice and it's been great, but the pay increase was very little. But with my doctor preparing to move out of state it was time to search, so with a little help from AI I have found an awesome avenue to take (Really hoping I get it!). One ophthalmologist office in town is hiring for a "Surgical Tech" really the position is a Scrub Tech, something I've always been interested in but wasn't certified, for this position I don't need to be. Huge pay raise, and I get to learn another new specialty.

Wanted to share, there are some awesome options out there, it's just rare that they open up, but always keep your eyes open!

Maybe others could share some things they are doing too? I know many CNAs who go to the Care Coordinator route.

Crossroads with work

Hello there! I've come to a bit of a crossroads at work and I was hoping I could get some advice here. I've been working as an MA for 2 years, previous to that I was a CNA for 5 years. In my current job (Family Med), I'm ready to move on, all the newer people they hire in the office are awful, half the time our patients aren't checked in, there is a complete bias and favoritism shown to the downstairs part of the office. However I absolutely love the doctor I work with, we get along really well and often spend 45 minutes after the shift talking about things.

But I think I'm ready for a change, now my issue is I'm not a RMA, and would need 1 more year under my belt to take the exam via Work Experience, and then I let my CNA lapse (could jump through the hoops to renew, not too big a deal).

So overall I'm in this middle ground, currently unlicensed on both fronts but could attain either pretty easily (again, 1 more year of work for RMA). I've seen some Care Coordinator jobs that give me a significant pay increase, some being WFH. At the company I work for we get paid the lowest of any MAs in the town, but our Insurance is paid for (family qualified for Medicaid regardless).

Overall, I want a new job, but I would struggle with leaving my doctor, I love the guy. Are Care Coordinator jobs really worth it? Should I stick it out and get my RMA? Ive seen some Care Coordinator listings at $26 an hour. Healthcare is all I know, but Id like a decent pay increase so a new job is truly worth it but I'm not sure of options at this point, maybe there is things I don't know about?

Best Show Ever

I just finished Psych, I binged the entire thing in about 3 months. It is single handedly the best show I've ever seen. The show quickly became my happy place! And watching my 2 year old daughters face light up everytime she saw Shawn really drove it home for me. Finishing "This Is Gus" was incredibly bitter sweet, while it may not be the ending, hearing the theme song one last time really sent a tear down my face.

I'm having a really hard time moving on from the show, in my quest to watch all the USA Bluesky shows, nothing matches Psychs level. I'm happy to find a place to bask in the glory with fellow Psych-os!

How does my experience line up?

My local dispatch center is hiring, and the job details sound incredible. I am really excited about the possibility of being a dispatcher, here we do PD, EMS, and Fire. I'm currently 24 and have been in healthcare for 7 years it's about the only experience I have. I don't crack under pressure I've been in several code blues and have administered CPR several times, I have the "field experience" if you will. I now am in a clinic setting and spend most of my day on the phone.

I feel like being a dispatcher combined my two passions into one beautiful job where I get to help people.

As a medical professional looking to move to dispatch I think the skills transfer quite well. But I wanted some input on it? Would this healthcare background in high stress events be as applicable as I think? And I'm aware memorization is a key piece as well, I currently have to remember information about 800 patients for a doctor and I do pretty well but that's all long term haha, moving to short term memorization is a little more terrifying.

Edit**

I also wanted to ask what the work life balance is like? I have 2 kids and a wife, and one of her biggest concerns is work life balance. The job listing doesn't make it sound too bad, but best to ask from those that truly know.
