Tuesday is the day it will receive the final demolition clearence. It will be "voted" but well, it is more like a formality, but there is still it's like a very very small miraculous chance that it might not pass. I have been doing gratitude work, replaying a scene, letting it go, but as the day nears, my heart sinks. What cand I do now? Thank you!

I have been struggling with constipation for a veeery long time. Many hemorrhoids, anal fissures, blood, sweat and tears later, I started baking sourdough bread and my bowel movements improved dramatically!

I wanted to reduce inflammation in my body, so that there were fewer antibodies that attacked my thyroid, I did not even consider that eating this bread would solve my constipation.

Anyway I bought a Mockmill and started milling. In my breads I use 1kg bio spelt and 500 gr bio wheat, sometimes rye. I let the dough ferment for 24h in the fridge, then I bake. After I started eating this bread regularly I no longer pooped pellets. Occasionaly I might have a hard pellet in the beginning, but the rest is smooth and soft. It's a miracle!

I have tried everything before, supplements, pysillum, tons of veggies and fiber, plenty of water, macrogol, magnesium, cayenne, dancing naked under the moonlight, everything, nothing worked except this!

You can give it a try. It's a bit expensive in the beginning, you need the mill with corundum stones, stainless steel pans with lids, the sourdough starter, the grains, some jars and a bit of time.

I just bought my own Mockmill and certified ecological grain. After I milled it and prepared the dough and everything, I checked the wheat bag and I saw a mice dropping. I threw everything. I am so deflated. I was so excited about making my own bread. Does this happen often? Did you ever find mice droppings in grain? Is my mill contaminated? My son and I PLAYED with the flour, ate a snack on the side, also contaminated flower everywhere. I am so sad and anxious now.
