My girlfriend got lash extensions yesterday and now it hurts for her to blink. She said it feels like they were put on her skin. Not sure if the photos show that but do you think she could get a refund? Also any suggestions for how to remedy it so she can sleep tonight?

My cat Cheddar (Age 3) US is an overgroomer as diagnosed by the vet. He loves scratches and loves to lick himself bald. He also ends up with scabbing on his back from this. What can I do to help him? He’s done this since we got him.
We got him from someone who called him an outside cat and not very social but is now an inside cat and wants to be cuddled every night. His bald spots have gotten a lot better but still is constantly grooming and always have some sort of scabbing on him from it.
