Companies that deliver dehumidifier for water damage

The neighbours above me broke their washing machine and caused a flood in my bathroom. Now I need to rent a very heavy device ( at least 30kg) to remove the humidity but I live in a Altbau with no elevators.
Called the insurance and they will deal with the electrical part but not with the humidity. And called the landlord and he suggested US getting this device

Is there any company that deliver them to the apartment? I know it can be rented an obi, but I’m unable to bring it up. Also would this be the responsibility of the landlord, as the insurance said it’s not theirs and inside walls is not the renters responsibility right?

Professional laundry

Good day beautiful people!
I have some silk filled bedding and the time has come to clean and store them away.

The wording on this screenshot, however, confuses me as they say professional launder, but underneath they detail how to wash it.

Is that meant for the laundry business I’m supposed to take the duvets to (in which case, wouldn’t they already know how to wash silk stuff?) or could I fashion myself a professional amateur launderer and do it at home?

I have the steamery delicate Landry detergent and wash all my silk sheets and clothes at home. And have no drying machine so I air dry everything anyway.

First 22k gold chain

I was surprised by the redder tone (more noticeable irl) since I was just expecting a much brighter yellow tone than the 18k YG I’m used to.

Thoughts?

Got it from an Indian shop!
