This is a Himalayan blue poppy (Meconopsis), a rare alpine flower celebrated for its brilliant sky-blue petals and golden stamens.

It is native to high-altitude regions of the Himalayas, typically thriving at elevations above 3,000 meters in cold, harsh environments.

The plant is culturally significant, serving as the national flower of Bhutan, also state flower of Ladakh, India. Where it symbolizes purity and spiritual connection.

These flowers are known to be quite difficult to cultivate outside of their native high-altitude habitat.
