Netflix US has recently added some Fox, Searchlight, Regency and Touchstone Pictures films that have been missing for a while on JioHotstar

They've added more movies, but i deliberately didn't include the ones which are still streaming on JioHotstar

Disney+ just removed more than 80 movies at once, the biggest single removal in the platform's history

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but Disney+ quietly pulled more than 80 films from the catalog today (June 1), all at once.

Apparently it's tied to Disney ending its distribution deal with New Regency earlier than expected.

Some titles that are gone: Fight Club, Gone Girl, The Revenant, Birdman, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Marley & Me, and the full Alvin and the Chipmunks franchise, among many others.

How come Twin Peaks isn't on JioHotstar?

If I'm not wrong it's on Paramount+ and Skyshowtime in many countries and even the revival series aired on Voot Select, so why isn't it here?

We need better Atmos support on on hotstar's hollywood side

I just realised that my new phone comes with a Dolby decoder instead of the basic AAC one so now hotstar gives me Atmos support for select content, and the sound experience gets so much better.

But when looking for content, I realised most of the Hollywood content do not feature Atmos tracks and it's such a missed opportunity, especially with peacock movies.

I hope they do add a Atmos track for Michael when they do add it in the future on the peacock hub and that more hollywood stuff gets Atmos support.
