As much as I love these leggings and the bras I have, they get too sweaty in my heated classes 🥵

Loving this set!

I have fully switched over to Liaison for my heated sculpt classes. An issue I was noticing was sweating through any other brand of active wear that I had. These can get soaking wet with sweat and not change color or have dark spots. This material is thick. At first I was shocked because out of the packaging it felt almost like swimsuit material. But it softens up very nicely during wear. Has held up in the wash. I really happy that this brand is starting to get bigger and get more recognition. They deserve the hype. The owner actually responds to comments on her social and helps anyway she can.

Sorry everyone!! I got behind in my posting. I’ve been doing 4 weeks straight of overtime and have 2 more to go. Energy has been low and I havnt been in the gym as much.

Hip flexor is better! Back to my routine hip thrusts and step ups to build that muscle.

The pearl pink tank is a little sheer through the body. Not surprised with it being such a light color.

Does anyone know how to improve the image quality when posting? I don’t like how they are always blurry.

Definitely still have an injured hip flexor. I can feel it when I lunge. No leg days for a bit :( also trying to gain a little 💪🏼

In this lighting the pant and hoodie look nearly identical. In natural lighting the nulu material can take a greenish tone.
