If I am getting a team lead role for a night shift , should I go ahead and consider it ?

Hi All

I have 8yoe in BFSI- Payments & Reconciliations, location - India as a Business Analyst .I recently got a call from Jpmc for a team lead role . The work is good . The only downside is that it’s a night shift role (6.30pm - 3.30am IST).

So wanted to check incase I accept the offer now and later maybe in a year want to change department and go to a regular shift job , how feasible is that ? If any night shift employees in jpmc on this forum , could we connect ?

Hi girlies 💕

I’m a North Indian bride getting married soon and currently lehenga hunting in Bangalore. I REALLY wanted to do the whole Delhi shopping scene, but time + cost said “not happening” 🥲.

Budget is around ₹40k, but I still want that proper heavy bridal vibe (you know… zari, embroidery, full drama 👀). I have added reference picture for better understanding as well .

I’ve seen a few options online but would love real recommendations from people who’ve actually shopped here.

So far I’ve heard about places around Commercial Street and Chickpet, but no clue where exactly to go without getting overwhelmed or ripped off.

Looking for:

Bridal / bride-day lehenga (not guest wear)

Heavy work (not super minimal)

Prefer ready or quick turnaround (no 2–3 month designer timelines 😭)
