I know there's been a lot of conversation about this offer period did anyone get an offer in the mail then push it to rip a pack and thn the offer given wasn't the same as the pack cost ..... Doesn't risk-free mean whatever you spent on the pack equals what they offer

I got a 10/1 arm mortgage back in 2022 and the closing costs were about 4k. I go on Monday and check on a mortgage and the closing costs for a 30 year fixed is about 14k. Is this correct? Nothing is close to being used from before? Every cost is increased and nothing is negated from a mortgage on same house?

I am not one to complain about things but when I ask for proposals and fill out surveys and get 4 different proposals ranging in $450-$2200 ...I start to question my sanity. How is there not a real price for this?

had a few Stafford cards and did the buyback at LCS, just kidding they won't be a part of it. I showed them that they do and they say well I think it's only certain shops not every one.
I bid on a great Nolan McLean card. I think he is doing big things and then I get a message on ebay: the seller won't recognize this and wants to rerun the sale...(what?!?!?!) He won't verify the sale so I don't win
I go on an auction app and win a case of cards and then oops it was a mistake so guess what they will correct it by the next day but void the sale. What are you talking about? The sale went through...except not in their minds.
I try Arena Club and purchase $100 packs with a Shohei Ohtani refactor worth 150k. Dont think i am going to win that but 4 cards with a total value of $126 bucks is umm ...well it's amazingly bad luck
finally, I go into a target 4 days in a row and buy a $49.99 box and literally pull NOTHING just base cards and 2 cards of people who are literally batting 7th...I mean at least with a steak dinner I feel satisfied
I think if I am counting everything I am out about 14k and have about $800 of stuff to show for it...
Pretty cool hobby, I may but a guitar and never learn to play at least I have a 2k guitar
