I have to move to UK on very short notice to start school and have never been to Lexington (live out of state). What apartments should I absolutely stay away from, and which ones are great?

The ones I am looking at are 1 Beds/Studios at MidTown, Gateway Lofts, The Oaks at Woodland, and literally anywhere there is space. I am comfortable paying up to $1,500 a month but I want to make sure the place is not in shambles when I get there.

Has anyone heard anything besides that form that was sent out in late June?

Did anyone get the Tulane WL feeler email yesterday? Sounds like they anticipate offering some more seats.

I have been UR since early February…are they full?
