Just got the Y2. And the Song: [I’m Going to Be] is listed as unknown.
In my computer I made sure it’s .FLAC .No special characters in name. I deleted the album cover just in case it’s not .PNG.
I can’t install Rockbox with my PC. I’ve tried for a few days now. So far with mac, this is the furthest I got.
But says permission is denied. Any advice?
Now I’m a computer noob. And this ipod been troubling me. I’d purchased an ipod with 256gb flash storage. I tried many things to get it rockbox.
I tried using my cousin’s macbook to format it to Mac-Dos (i was told that’s FAT32). And it messed up the ipod. Had to format it back. Probably did 4 reformats when ipod had errors.
I just want in rockbox so it can read flac. I can’t do mp3. I tried converting but something anout getting a LAME converter which made me confused.

I had the Framework 16 since Feb 2024, still rocking the 7940HS. This Sunday my hinge broke. My dog tripped on the wire when it was charging, laptop fell on the carpeted floor. Last pic is my dog.
So I ordered a new hing with express delivery from website. Cost $24 + the $15 shipping. I needed fast because the laptop was relying on one hinge alone and would close by itself if it’s not on a good angle.
Took less than 15 minutes to install and looks good as new. I’m keeping the unused hinge as back up in the future.
If this was another branded laptop, then likely I would have to suffer because they glue the display border frames. Or the costs wouldn’t be worth it and i would have to buy a new laptop.

I dropped my framework 16, and the fans were rattling. I took it apart and found these strips. Causing the noise. Anyone knows where it goes ?

Context: I have a Nintendo Switch 2. I purchased Digimon Time Stranger for Switch 1 so I can have a physical cartridge.
I’m a noob. So from my understanding, can someone confirm do I have to download the DLC package for Switch 1 and not Switch 2 correct ?
Also the DLC I see is a bundle. Do i buy the bundle even if I have the cartridge core game ? Or do i buy it individually? I want all DLCs

So I’m a newbie at Linux. I distro hopped to Fedora GNOME/Bazzite KDE/LinuxMint and decided to settle with LinuxMint. No matter what Distro I’ve used, there always screen glitches. Sometimes it gets so bad i have to reboot the laptop, and it will still glitch in a few hours.
I had no problem with windows 11. Only in Linux. Need help
I get errors downloading Proton VPN, like the GUI won’t show up. The proton VPN website says it supports GNOME. I’m on Cinnamon
I have 2tb SSD, and did a timeshift of 3 snapshots per day. It says timeshift uses 1.5gb.
Do I need to allocate more memory ? Or any advice ? I'm a Linux newbie
My laptop has two SSD slots, one i have Zorin OS. No issues with Zorin OS, absolutely love it. When i installed it, it was default to grub.
I feel want to get into arch linux to learn things. And i heard limine is better.
What happens if they are both different on boot up ? Can i make zorin os into limine ?
I made the plunge to install Zorin OS. And got a new SSD. When booting from USB, this is all I got.
When I was in windows, I used Rufus. Made sure the hard drive format was GPT.
Is there anything wrong ?
