I want to start investing, small but frequently and long term. Where and what should I start with?

I have set aside $50 per week and been wanting to try and set myself up with a long term kitty. I want to start a family one day, and don’t have a specific $ goal to save for right now. This is just on top of my other priorities from paying off a small mortgage for my apartment, minor salary sacrifice contributions

I was thinking ETFs but no idea where to start. I have $500 to start and will aim for $50-$100 per week. Recommendations please 🙏

Any privately leased property experience?

I’m looking to move out of my 1 bed apartment and wanting to manage it as a rental myself. Has anyone had any experience in doing this? Would you recommend it / not?

I had been managing Airbnb’s previously for a company so I am familiar and comfortable with a level of this, but want to make sure I’m a good landlord and doing all the right things to take care of a tenant.

Any guidance or advice?

Suggestions for fun day tomorrow?

Need recommendations for something to do tomorrow please! We are in Palm beach, it’s our last day before heading back to Melbourne and we were going to go to wet and wild but it seems out of reach with the weather 😞

Any recommendations for a fun way to spend the day for my partner and I? Both 31 and want to have a bit of fun after a hectic start to the year.

We don’t have a hire car 🥲

Is it possible? Using a flight stop as final destination

I’m in between a rock and a hard place. I unexpectedly have to fly interstate for a family situation this week on Tuesday. last minute meaning prices are super high. I am really scraping the money together as it is hence asking the question.

I’m trying to figure out if there’s ANY way I could book a flight with 1 stop, which happens to be my final destination where I will stay.

Because funnily enough it’s cheaper to fly past it and stop there than just a ticket there..!

My question… is there any way that I could get off at that destination, and get my checked baggage somehow off the plane to stay?

I know it’s not how it works, but really desperate and literally have no extra budget, have to check a bag to get medical equipment with me for my family.

Can anyone think of a creative way of potentially making it work? Thanks in advance - it would save me upwards of $270

Sorry in advance for the graphic pics :( this is one of the many ‘clots’ that keeps coming out since the major purge this afternoon.

I am going to dr tomorrow to check but I am really disturbed after having an unusual experience and want to know if anyone has had a similar experience

Day 1 of my period today

Was sitting down with my regular menstrual cup in and felt a leak. I got up and immediately a lot of leak came through my pants.

I always have a heavy period but this is different? Thick, with far more clots and what seems to be like more structured form and firmer…

80% of my cup was filled with chunky period, not just the blood with some clotting like usual.

It’s bright / dark red, thick and heavy in weight compared to usual.

I took the cup out in the shower and the ‘clots’ or lining weren’t really breaking up under the water.

I’m 31, not on hormonal contraception. Usually regular cycles, and while heavy - this is different to a regular day 1.

This has come 1.5 weeks late to my regular cycle, which happens every now and then.

Any explanations or similar experiences?
