New Pilates Instructor concern for special populations and modifications

I am a newly certified instructor of Pilates. We learn a LOT in our 500 hours of training, but I am afraid of not supporting my special populations clients strongly enough.

For example if someone comes in with a herniated disk or a hip replacement or something else that is common….i fear I won’t recall the information to allow and provide proper modifications! Especially when I have a full room.

I’ve considered keeping a notebook of reminders or a list on my phone. Any thoughts?

I do feel with time this because second nature but I’m so scared of someone getting hurt.

Blocking someone

Hey!

I blocked someone on Instagram because I didn’t like what she was posting it was triggering to me and somehow she kept coming up in my feed after I muted her. She’s a nice enough person and a colleague but we were never super close..:just friendly.

Somehow she found out I blocked her and she confronted me about it.

I just told her IMO everyone can curate their socials however suits them best etc. not hard feelings.

I even sent her a message elaborating on how I like her as a person but I’m super particular with how I curate my feed.

Thoughts on this?
