1. Does the fan on the strap make a huge difference in comfort?

2. Does it feel lighter and balanced out, with less strain on my neck and forehead pressure?

3. Is it very comfortable, so I can use it for hours?

I am new to the VR community, and my body is still adapting to the VR world. it does give my eye a little strain over time—I did do some research, something with IPD? I do get mild headaches and slight sweating while playing over time. So I am looking for some solutions, and I'm not sure this counterweight strap will benefit a lot.

Let me know, so I can know if its worth buying or not.
