I received an RFE last month for Prong 1 & 3. My attorney just sent me a draft, and he wrote only one page for prong 3 while he spent 9 pages to refute prong 1.

I believe this is based on the template and he is confident about it, but I am concerned if this is really enough. Of course, I can ask him to revise it and add something on the last page, but I don't want to order something since he is much more experienced than me and such unnecessary addition would harm it.

Any advice would be greatly helpful to me.

Will you change your plan or submit as you planned?

Also, I have DIY template for the cover letter, but I wonder if I have to add another page for the new memo.

I have been working on a company in San Jose (not a big tech) since last winter. My role is SerDes analog circuit design and my TC is ~200k.

200k is big money, but also tight due to high rental costs in bay area and daycares for my two children. I heard that the salary would jump 10-20% when I am promoted, but I was wondering when the first promotion usually is.

It should depend, but please share your general experiences. 3 YoE?
