Looking for audio of Individual Rights and Freedoms

I am an auditory learner and I am only now realizing that I missed the import of many letters from the Universal House of Justice because at that time they weren’t discussed and audios weren’t available. I am looking for the 1988 letter on Individual Rights and Freedoms. I did Google it and it says the audio is in the Baha’i Library, but it’s not. I also checked on Nightingale and You Tube. Does anyone know where I can find it?

I have heard people say that reading and then reading aloud with Ruhi is a waste of time, but the process actually reaches the entire spectrum of how people learn. I am so thankful for audio.

Why was Ryan considered?

Everyone knows that once on the program people know who you are, which can be an invite to the ill-intentioned. So why was Ryan considered for the program when he wasn’t willing to limit time away from his Fiancé? No one can dispute the time he took of for his Nan’s funeral, but being gone overnight, showing him giving speeches (and applause) and the days he said he needed to “unwind” from his demanding job was ridiculous. I don’t think I’m alone in concluding that Ryan got everything he wanted and more, which seems very unfair.

Advice about women’s bras

I work for a shower project where we provide showers and clean clothing to those without access to showers. I recently put up a wish list on Amazon for things we needed (especially underwear) and to my surprise we got them. But we are getting more and more women who need bras. The donated bras have to be a specific size and most are outdated. Women want sports bras because they are more comfortable, easier to wash and they camouflage the top so they’ll be less of a target for rape. I get it, but know little about sports bras. Are they better with straps or the crisscross back. Do they tend to run small, is a bit of padding to camouflage better or no? Need some help.

For Anyone Living Alone

I had a fear of living alone, having something happen and nobody knowing. I’m just not the type to wear an emergency button around my neck. So I have an Alexa in strategic areas of my house so if I’m on the floor and unable to get to a phone, I can yell to “drop” into one of my kids house or call EMS. I wear an Apple Watch that will call 911 if it detects I have fallen. But the thing that gives me most security is an app called SNUG. It is free, and I set up a time each day to check in. If I’m even 5 minutes late, it notifies my kids. They call, and if they don’t get an answer they are here checking. They also have a subscription program where they will call for help for you. I have just completed one year, only forgetting to check in 4 times (apologies to my kids) and I thought this might help others.
