The second you log into the VNG app, your account region is permanently locked to Vietnam. Support will never change it back. Even if you fully verify your age with a government ID and camera scan, chat is disabled. We are completely blocked from global communication and isolated in silent servers. I cant even do /e emotes anymore. Popular games like The Strongest Battlegrounds, Jujutsu Shenanigans, Arsenal, MM2, and Guts & Blackpowder,... are completely hidden or deleted under strict regional filtering. They upgraded from an IP ban to a hardcoded device and account lock. Turning on a VPN does absolutely nothing now ( im not sure but i heard from local news that vpn does NOT work anymore)
