Long-term Woodman 3-in-1 LED owners - real durability & road performance? (vs Auxbeam GX Pro 190W)
Looking to upgrade my high beam to LED on a 2021 Kia Seltos (HB3/9005, halogen reflector housing - not a projector).
Came across the Woodman 3-in-1 LED - switchable 3000K/4300K/6500K via remote (newer model has app brightness control too). The flexibility looks great on YouTube, but demos only show new units, so I want feedback from people who've actually lived with it:
- Durability: How's it held up over 6+ months? Any remote/electronics or fan failures? Does output stay stable after warm-up?
- Real road performance: How's the beam/throw on an actual highway at night - especially in a reflector housing? Any glare complaints from oncoming traffic?
The alternative I'm weighing is the Auxbeam GX Pro 190W - single 4300K, no color switching, but seemingly a longer track record.
If you've run either for a while, I'd value your honest take: is the Woodman's color flexibility worth it, or should I go with the simpler, more proven option?
