Im addicted, and I dont know where to start.

I've come to the point where I understand its an issue now. I accept the fact I am addicted. I have credit card debts which I can't seem to get out of, I think I'm in a total of roughly £2k debt. I always want stuff. I try to stop myself and tell myself i shouldn't, but there's always the "but I want it." I can't get myself to think about buying unnecessary items logically. My brain just won't let me think "You'll be back at square 1, you'll beat yourself up over it next month, you don't need it." I don't know how to help myself. I fear ill never pay it off. I don't know what to do. How did you guys start your journey? I've tried deleting cards off of payment apps, but i always just add it back. I can't stop. Any advice welcome.

Experiences with copper iud?

Hey, thought I'd come on here to ask. I've been using the minimum pill since I was about 16, I'm now 20. Its pretty much completely cut my libido, which is causing some issues in my relationship. I'm thinking about the copper IUD as its the only non hormonal contraception method (please correct me if I'm wrong on that) but all I ever hear about it seems to be bad, does anybody have any good experiences with it? My manager keeps giving me shifts over my contracted hours

Hey, i was just wondering if anybody could help. My manager keeps giving me shifts over my contracted hours. I am contracted for 30 hours a week, and my contract states I must "Work flexibly." Can I tell her that I won't do it as its over my hours, and how do I go about doing that?

My job is making me really miserable, but I cant afford to leave. What can I do?

Hey, I'm looking for some advice, or anything really. I've been in my last resort job for over a year now, and its been increasingly difficult to cope with the stress that it gives me. My managers are aware, but don't really care. ive tried my hardest to get out of here, but there's simply no other jobs going about that would pay me enough to be able to survive (I have a couple debts which make it harder.) Its getting to the point where the only way I see out is not being here. I know I won't do it as I've previously suffered with mental health problems and have been medicated for it. I just can't do this anymore, but don't know how I'll ever get out. I just can't cope. Does anybody know of anything that might be able to help or know of some legit remote working companies? Thank you in advance :)

Just for reference, Im 20F, live in the UK and my highest qualification is in college.
