If reform get in and scrap the GRC…
I’m just starting to get together proof that I’ve been living as a male (I’m ftm) for my GRC, I’m sure you know this’ll take me 2+ years. Hopefully I’m able to get my GRC before the next general election.
My question is, if I have a GRC and reform get in and scrap it, would that then mean the GRC would not be accepted in other countries? I’m terrified of the thought of reform getting in and then that’s it, legally I’ll be female. They wanna make everything legally based strictly on biological sex only.
So say for instance this happens, could I move to Spain for example and then be legally recognised as male there? (When a legal resident obviously) or would I be legally female everywhere?
Sorry if it’s a dumb question, I’m not really that clued up on how GRCs work when moving abroad, especially if your home country scraps grc/legal transition
