I bought a iPhone 12 mini which was listed as 256gb and 95-100% battery health. When I received the iPhone I checked the storage which was 64gb and the battery health was 75%. The phone has scratches even though it was listed as "excellent condition". I retuned it and the seller started saying I put a passcode on it and then is started to think I did then I realised I 100% didn't. Then he reported an issue with the return and I felt sick to my stomach and panicked. All I want is my money back I never did anything to the phone other then check settings. Vinted support isn't responding. I pray I don't lose my money. I never put a passcode on it and the seller knows there's no iCloud on it. If he can't remember the passcode he put it's not my fault and he can easily reset the phone. I just want my money back I've returned the iPhone and did not to it.
