Looking for learning resources for XPS & CasaXPS
I'm a physics undergraduate student, and I'm currently planning to write my bachelor's thesis on a topic heavily involving X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS).
Since I am quite new to this method, I am looking for high-quality learning resources to get a solid grasp of both the theoretical fundamentals of XPS and the practical data analysis. Specifically, I will be using CasaXPS for processing the spectra
Could you recommend any good textbooks, comprehensive guides, video tutorials, or lecture notes that helped you when you were starting out? I've seen few pages and YouTube channels dedicated for this purpose but I don't which of them are worth to read/watch.
Any tips on best practices for beginners or common pitfalls to avoid in CasaXPS would also be highly appreciated.
Also I'm not quite sure if it's right question for this subreddit, If you think I should post/repost it somwhere else let me know.
