Is this the 4 month sleep regression?

I am wondering if my 13 week old is going through the 4 month sleep regression. I see various explanations online for her sleep changes and am not sure - like developmental leap, growth spurt, or regression.

In the past week and a half she has gone from sleeping a 4-6 stretch, eating, sleeping another 3 - 4 hour stretch to sleeping about 3 hours, and then waking up every 1,5 hours for the rest of the night. She wants to eat / confort nurse in between those (which she never did before). She has had maybe 2 better nights since this started but that’s it.

What do you think it is?

Baby cries inconsolably when we start her sleep routine. Should we stop it?

When the baby turned 3 months about a week ago we started a consistent nighttime and nap routine. After 2 days she figured out what was happening and now starts crying inconsolably when we start it. What can we do?

We tried shortening and lengthening the wake window. The lengthening worked for the naps today, and she stopped crying when we put her down. But nothing works for the night.

Shall we ditch the nighttime routine? Have less steps?
Has anyone experienced this?

These are the routines. We could only do them fully in that length on day 1 and 2. Then she figured it out.

Nap routine (10 mins): diaper change, 5 min sit on floor + music, hand on chest

Night sleep routine (20 minutes): bath (when needed), diaper change, oil skin a bit & massage, pyjamas, sleeping sack, put on floor, book (5min), music with hand on chest (5min)

Started sleep routine at 3 M and baby cries during step 1. Should we continue?

Our baby turned 3 months 3 days ago and we started to be very consistent in the sleep routines. She now cries already at step 1. What should we do? Should we continue?

These are the routines:

Nap routine (10 mins): diaper change, 5 min sit on floor + music, hand on chest

Night sleep routine (20 minutes): bath (when needed), diaper change, oil skin a bit & massage, pyjamas, sleeping sack, put on floor, book (5min), music with hand on chest (5min)

She is a contact napper during the day and sleeps in the crib at night. Since week 12 she started fighting sleep and started crying when rocked to sleep (for about 5 min). Her night sleep is also worse since week 12. She is exclusively breastfed so far but I have to start transitioning to combo feeding this week.

My 10 week old will not nap in a bassinet. We tried all kinds of things and it’s not improving yet.
I wonder when and what worked for you? What didn’t?
I need some hope. I want to be able to do something and not sit in a dark room 5 times per day 🫠

I am really confused about waking the baby up for feeding. Maybe I can get some guidance/ experience s?

My baby is 7 weeks today and has been colicky since week 4. I am breastfeeding on demand but we were told to not let her go more than 3ish hours during the day and one 4 hour stretch at night. And that she needs 8 feeds per day.

So we have been doing that but it now feels like we don’t even give ohrselves the chance to make our life easier. I always seem to be waking her up for feeding and then she is too sleepy.

Regrading weight gain: she regained her birth-weigh by week 2 and has put on weight well until last week. Last week she pun on less because she was very fussy and didn’t want to eat at the boob (I think some reflux and the gas).
