My account was disabled, I appealed it now my account is permanently disabled. I am not even able to retrieve my pictures from that account. It's a private account used for posting personal day to day stuff among a small group on 100 to 150 friends .... Nature , adventure, travel photos.... And doom scrolling. Some of the pictures are years old only on Instagram as the old phones that had these pics are not with me anymore.

How on earth do I reactivate a completely legitimate account?

How do I get the reason for deactivation and deleting my account - I was never told why except for "does not follow community guidelines" which guideline/s did I break?

If they don't want to give my account back how do I get the photos back?
