Tingling arm?

Been on 25mg for about a week, and yesterday my right arm was really hot, nowhere else was. It passed and I assumed just part of the crazy symptoms you get. Today my right arm is a little numb and tingly. Like pins and needles. No other symptoms but It hasn’t gone. I tried to speak to my GP today but they couldn’t till tomorrow. Is this a normal side effect or would people get further help? I have health anxiety so panicking a little. Thank you
