A huge part of me (80%) would love to keep it, but a fraction of me (20%) tells me to sell it due to the overinflated prices today. 😕

I am new to collecting korean cards, I enjoy the art and I play tcg online. Just wanted to ask for help to determine if this charizard is real or fake. Is it true That korean cards barely have texture?
PS I am deciding whether or not to buy this card from a seller online.
