How to make 20+ friends?

Hello everyone I’m Ron and I’m 21 and I’ve been wondering how to make new friends in Philly I’m kinda introverted so I’m not really big on clubs but i do want to go but besides that i have no idea what to do or where to go to make new friends I’m not in college or anything so that isn’t an option so if you guys have any advice please help and if you guys would like to be friends cause your in the same boat as me then please pm uhh some things about me I play Xbox I’m from north Philly I watch anime and I 420 idk what else to put really but I hope to get some advice and maybe make some new friends soon

Learning to edit

Hi I’m trying to edit using CapCut and I can’t get the hang of it I see all these cool edits on TikTok but I don’t understand how they make i know part of it premium usage but it still has to take some skill right? So I wanted to know if I could have some insight or someone help me? Thanks for any advice ( the problem right now is that I don’t know how to have my words appear and disappear when the lyrics are changing or not have all of them on the screen at once)
