Deuteronomy 4:2: “You shall not add to the word that I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God.”

Genuine question, what do Mormons think about this verse? I know that they have certain restrictions such as caffeine or tobacco, are those technically commandments? I’ve wanted to ask this question to missionaries but i always forget.

Around the like 2:30 mark before the big breakdown, I swear Maynard is whispering something but it’s really hard to hear with the instrumental. I’ve never heard anyone talk about this so I might be crazy.

I was scrolling on instagram and i saw a pretty popular post with a lot of likes of a guy recommending stoner movies. I’ve seen most of them but i gotta disagree with the majority of his picks. He had movies like “Superbad”, “Super Troopers”, and “Dazed and Confused” on the list. I really love all these movies but they don’t really equate to stoner movies in my opinion. For example, I consider “Up in Smoke” to be a stoner movie. Just because characters smoke weed or go on crazy adventures where drugs are involved doesn’t make it a stoner movie. It has to revolve around weed or being high the entire film to really count in my opinion.
