I’m talking abt songs like Infection, HELPMETAKEME, IN_MY_HEAD, Puppet, poltergeist, NO EMERGENCY DOOR, Catherine, etc.

personally, I joined the community when he had entered this era, so I literally became a fan because I loved his more rock music. for this reason, I prefer the abyss a lot more than theatre, and I blast Poltergeist at fullll volume lmao.

but I understand that a lot of long time fans fell in love with the aesthetic cozy vibes he initially went viral for. so I’m just wondering how everyone’s feeling now? Like I even saw ppl saying theyre considering dropping his music for a while because it’s just ”too much”.

like Overdose was a MASSIVE hit. I feel like no young person on the internet hasn’t heard it at least once. it’s on the same teir as Shinunoga E Wa, Night Dancer, and Usseewa. So like.. how come I’ve never met a natori fan irl?? as someone in the US, I swear they don’t exist. I’m assuming maybe he’s just a lot more popular in Asia? maybe that’s why he won’t come here for concerts either.

But like that still doesn’t make sense because so many Americans loved Overdose. for some reason he just doesn’t gain a large consistent fan base. Even this subreddit of his fans is extremely low-activity. and that makes me sad cause I really want him to succeed, like genuinely I hope this guy gets the best in life 😕

we need to start a trend or smth and blow him up again 😭😭

am I the only one who thinks the abyss is better than Theatre? I feel like that’s a nonexistent opinion around here.

like I love how he experimented with so many different styles of music and they all sound so gorgeous. I feel like the weakest song in The Abyss for me was Serenade, but I won’t stress that too much bc he said it was a rough time for him, and that he had trouble writing the song.

But then when it comes to Theatre, there are 5 songs that I find kinda skippable. (love song, terminal, fools table, sarushibai, osmanthus)

I LOVE ALL HIS MUSIC, I just feel like he had obvious improvement with The Abyss and I enjoyed it much more. I also adore all the rock vibes in the album!! Eureka from Theatre was PERFECTION tho.

My fav songs from The Abyss album are HELPMETAKEME and Nostalgia.

but then again, my all time fav natori songs are Eureka, Poltergeist and Catherine, so maybe the more rock-coded music just resonates with me more, as opposed to Theatres chill vibes.

like idk everything about this song sounds exactly like propose to me. it uses such similar rhythms, especially the chorus and the end of the song.

I’ll glaze anything Natori makes, though. the song itself is beautiful :)

How do I need to improve my expressions?
