Someone, clearly not black, posted an image of a quan millz novel with their racist ass take on it. It's a scenario that makes no damn sense and filled with black stereotypes. It's literary black face. And some person tried to mayosplain to me that it's not black face because the author of the novel is black. But they skip over the fact that the words are not from the novel it's op's racist ass fanfic. And male yandere mods kept it up hours later go figure. Clearly this isn't a safe space for everyone. ::EDIT:: It's more than just the one post. I've seen other posts using aave colloquialisms by people who don't actually speak the language. I side eye but move on, thinking maybe they're just cringe. Then this shit happens. And if there is just one mod, then they should get more. We get bots and pdf posts on this sub. I would think they would realize the importance of having enough people around to moderate.

And telling me to do or think anything while saying I'm entitled is hypocritical. If I see anything like this before the post is taken down, I'll respond with "sybau." Requiring understanding while not giving understanding has got to be a form of abuse. This is by far the best mmo community. You're all so helpful and kind and make people feel welcome. We don't always see eye to eye, but you embrace me nonetheless. I just finished the Ivalive raids and wow, I'm just blown away by the story and the collaborative efforts of all players in the alliance. We all worked in tandem like we were all parts of one living, breathing organism. It was like a religious experience I'll never forget. There are so many amazing moments that I feel grateful that you are just you, ya know? Brothers, sisters, siblings of hydaelyn, have a great night.

EDIT: I want to apologize to the people who left kind comments. I made this post to see how many toxic people would follow me from another post complaining about posts like these. In truth, I'm not a fan of these low effort posts, and they really don't give people much to engage with. (SS) The video features the creator of "Sierra Force" a Sierra Leone flavored tokusatsu series like Power Rangers. The series is regularly featured on the "African Cinematic Universe" channel on youtube.

I grew up on power rangers, so when I heard about this show, I was delighted to see power rangers in Africa(Sierra Leone specifically). It's kind of brilliant. I feel like a kid again as I watch, and the effects are pretty good and match more popular tokusatsu series in quality, considering they have a no/low budget. I am just spreading the word, hoping this series will get the recognition it needs.

Wake up degens a yandere song just dropped(technically a month ago). Just randomly came across my feed, and I loved it on the first listen. I was hooked on the bassist's charisma before the singing even started.

Must be set in the ffxiv world. Must be well-written and left such an impression on you that you'd recommend it to another person. I'm not looking for smut, but if the story surrounding it is so good you'd recommend it, I'll give it a try. It's not really big on romance either, but if the story is that good, I'll read it.

It's me again, this time sharing another artist I feel is underrated. Shingai Shoniwa who initially did 60s pop rock who went back to her zimbabwean roots with some rnb flavor, though rnb was always present even in her rock music. An amazing singer who does it all.

Here I am again trying to put yall on to Leslie Odom Jr. Btw he writes his own songs. Like this one that was nominated for an oscar.
