I’ve made a few posts in the past few months here about how I’d be moving to Delco and finally the time has come! I’m 23M and looking to meet some new people here. Some of my hobbies include: going out with friends to a bar or even out to eat to try new food, playing basketball, video games, working out, and honestly just discovering new things but overall I’m down for (pretty much) anything. Please reach out as I’d love to meet new people around my age!

As title follows—My girlfriend and I are looking for a place to live. I start work on May 11th and she starts June 1st. We currently live 3 and a half hours away so we’re definitely in a bit of a pinch. We’re flexible to one or two bedroom places up to $1700 a month. If anyone has any recommendations or if you, yourself are renting a place, please let me know.

Does anyone have private landlords they can refer me to? I start my first day of work on 5/11 but I’m having trouble finding an apartment due to struggling credit. My girlfriend also got a job in the area and has much better credit than I do but with a thin history. We’re pretty open to areas at this point. We’re open up to $1700 a month BEFORE utilities. 1 or 2 bedroom will suffice.

As the title follows, is there any apartments you guys would recommend with not so great credit?
