What does it take to be a very good grill at chipotle

I feel chipotle should hire cooks that actually have experience how do you burn pre cooked beans on a daily bases or anything on that matter

On your off days do you still go to chipotle? Not me

Chipotle is not a bad job to work at, why do people talk about chipotle like it's the worst job out there? i like the job it's easy money. it's the people you have to work with now thats the problem.

So i was told that chipotle gives pay raise every 6 months. Found out that was not true

What do you guys do with any left over chipotle? Throw it out?

After leaving work for the night how long does it take you to get Home? As for me it takes me about 3 hours to get home

If a customer flips over the tip jar and starts going through the money is that an act of stealing? This actually happened after closing cause manager refused to serve him

On a norm what work station is usually the last to clock out

So when chipotle mexican grill is out of a certain food item please understand it's not the employees fault don't be mad at employees and give workers a hard time.

Chipotles code of ethics iF an employee breaks them should they be help accountable or just look the other way?

Does your chipotle use a work app such as group me? Where you have to post pic of your job station when finished?
