Need help keeping the power on at my moms place.

I don't use reddit much but i am running out of ideas. Mom has a power and water thats about to be turned off due to a high bill. I setup a gofundme for her , but not getting much hits on it. The current bill is around $6.7k , but i can at least setup a payment plan to keep it on , because i don't have that much on hand. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So i wanna start by saying i love my action pro 5. I stated using a Sandisk 256gb 10 A I micro sd card in my action cam. I got the orange sd card slow message. But on a test i tried it anyway because i was pressed for time and i needed the extra space. But the videos write just fine at 4k 60. Am i missing something here ? Or is that message for higher FPS videos that take up more space and need more write speed ?
