Need help with shampoo that helps mitigate the effects of hard water. Didn't realize how bad my water is until staying with a friend. Washed my hair with my regular shampoo and it's so soft &shiny. She does not have a water softener nor filter. Any ideas?

Anyone here diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) Post Exercise Malise (PEM) or Chronic Cancer Related Fatigue (CRF) after active treatment? I'm struggling with ongoing gawd-awful fatigue.
