Does my molcajete seem fake?
I bought it today from a local Mexican restaurant/shop but for $18 which seems a bit low for a authentic one.

It holds water pretty well but can be cut with a serrated knife but not a regular knife. It does show white lines when scrapping against it tho.

I did season it, or at least tried I am a no sabo kid who is trying to slowly learn some culture. I'm still learning.

I also read the guide but am still a bit confused.
Some cultural thoughts on the Lust Arc.
After finishing the book I took note of Venomania's disliking toward feminine men and men who wear makeup, which in my opinion is understandable being in Arabic cultures it's often prohibited that a man "acts" like a woman.
But if that is true and it's a cultural thing then why is Venomania himself somewhat feminine, at least for Arabic cultural standards. While a man is allowed to have his long hair in a ponytail the bow makes it more of a feminine hairstyle. His painted nails, it's uncommon for a man to even get a manicure let alone keep his nails well kept and painted it's also a no no to have them painted btw. The way he sits is often a big no no, when even visiting Arabic cultures and countries it's advised that men don't cross their legs like this as it can be seen as being highly disrespectful.
I know it's just based on Arabic countries but Venomania doesn't even have a slight pigment nor does nearly anyone in the lust book, manga and songs. The only Arabic-like things in the lust arc are some of the buildings, Lillian Turner's friend (I forgot his name) who as a slight pigment and some clothes.
I'm not gonna go into detail about his outfit either.
Don't get me wrong I love Venomania's style and really like his nails and hair, it just doesn't make sense.
Does anyone actually know why these design choices were made for him?
I'm not going into Gluttony until I finish the book.
I'm new to Isopods and am trying to find "Dairy Cows" without paying the PetSupermarket price ($30 4 10)
I live in southern Alabama but am willing to drive a bit if needed.
