how do you guys manage a flare up while at work?

This is just awful. I’ve been given an accommodation while awaiting a sedgwick claim for intermittent leave but in the meantime, OH MY GOD. I was fighting tears at work today because it hurt so bad. It’s been a month since it started and we’ve done 3 shockwave sessions and now a 6 day steroid plan. It’s only day two of the steroid thingy but I can’t even feel my feet anymore, it’s excruciating.

Any tips would be great!

How do you respond when a customer treats you like a piece of shit?

I was working sco today and a man asked me “where are the cookie bags?” I pointed to the cookie bar and asked if that’s what he meant. he got more aggressive and said “no, the cookie bags” I said “perhaps the bakery, but i’m not sure what you mean” and he said “that’s not what I asked. are you stupid? I said the cookie bags.” I was so shocked he said that to me that I audibly chuckled and said “wow” and I guess that set him off because he tried to get in my face until I stepped back and he went to go and tell on me but no one was around for him to talk to. he also went and asked the same thing to 3 other employees and they also had no idea what he was talking about.

so, though there are many incidents where customers are so freakin rude, I never stick up for myself. but there must be something I can say that doesn’t allow them to walk all over me. any advice? i’ve only been a cashier for 4 months so customers do get to me and it ruins my day for a few hours ):

Which coilovers are you running and is the ride comfortable?

I know a lot of people go with bc racing but I’ve also heard how easily they snap… So I wanted to check out other options. The price isn’t a concern

It’s amazing what a new loving home, fresh food & sunlight can do!!

EDIT: Guys omg I meant “March 13th” in the first picture. 🤦🏻‍♀️
This is Ziggy, she was previously fostered but when we adopted her, she looked like she’d given up hope.
It’s been so rewarding to see her skin heal and her hair grow back. I adore her.

Also, can anyone reccomend a good nose balm? Cheers!
