Does downward rotating the tip prematurely age the face?
Hi all,
I have now had 3 consults with 3 different surgeons and the most recent one I feel quite confident about. The changes I want are quite subtle, mainly the bridge taken down and ideally the nostrils to be less visible front on. My nose naturally projects slightly upwards allowing a lot of my already large nostrils to be seen. One solution to this was slightly rotating the tip downwards. I like the way the morphs turned out doing this but I worry as my face ages it will look dragged down. I’m 30 this year so I will start to notice my face maturing shortly. I also gave quite prominent nasolabial folds and worry the changes to tip and nostrils may define them more. I’m wondering whether just taking down the bridge and not rotating the tip and adjusting the nostrils would be a better idea. Any thoughts about tip rotation and aging would be appreciated. Attached is with til rotation. Please don’t tell me I don’t need a rhino, not what I came here for.
