Does downward rotating the tip prematurely age the face?

Does downward rotating the tip prematurely age the face?

Hi all,

I have now had 3 consults with 3 different surgeons and the most recent one I feel quite confident about. The changes I want are quite subtle, mainly the bridge taken down and ideally the nostrils to be less visible front on. My nose naturally projects slightly upwards allowing a lot of my already large nostrils to be seen. One solution to this was slightly rotating the tip downwards. I like the way the morphs turned out doing this but I worry as my face ages it will look dragged down. I’m 30 this year so I will start to notice my face maturing shortly. I also gave quite prominent nasolabial folds and worry the changes to tip and nostrils may define them more. I’m wondering whether just taking down the bridge and not rotating the tip and adjusting the nostrils would be a better idea. Any thoughts about tip rotation and aging would be appreciated. Attached is with til rotation. Please don’t tell me I don’t need a rhino, not what I came here for.

FWB (35M) changed his mind about sex with me (28F ) and it made me feel undesired and act out. Could it indicate not feeling attracted?

My FWB of 2 years had me over for the night. We had a nice night and he made me a lovely dinner. We were watching a movie and he started initiating intimacy, we ended up having sex for a few minutes but it felt strange. It felt like he wasn’t into it, couldn’t look at me and moving away from kissing. He also seemed more interested in what was on the tv, mentioning “we’re missing the movie”. After feeling uncomfortable on the couch, I suggested we go up stairs to his bed and in a huff said fine. I went up and he continued messing about downstairs for a while, he eventually came up and I was waiting naked on the bed. He then brushed his teeth for ages and came out saying “ I think it’s time to read my book” and that he lost the mood in the transition up stairs. I felt a little frustrated and confused, and expressed that I felt undesired. Not necessarily by his denial but the sequence leading up to that. I ended up leaving because I knew a lot of awkwardness and insecurity was to follow on my part. I feel horrible today because while intellectually I understand it’s absolutely okay to change your mind, the lead up and denial made me feel undesired. I know that if it was reversed, I’d feel rather upset if he left. I sent a message telling him I was worried he wasn’t attracted to me anymore and he never replied. He’s also a man that loves his sex a lot a lot and we’ve had a great connection in the past. I know for myself, the only time I’ve denied or changed my mind is when I haven’t really been attracted to the person. Do you feel it indicates not feeling attracted anymore? Not proud of my reaction.

Are we needling our under eyes?

I hear mixed things about needling the under eyes. I’ve heard it can be great for thickening the under eye area therefore making dark circles less visible but then others say absolutely not, the skin is too thin. I would only do .25. What’s everyone else doing?

I got PRF as an alt to filler as I had suddenly lost some volume under my right eye and dark circles were becoming more prominent. I’ve had 2 sessions and I’m 2 months out from my second apprehensive to get a third as I feel like my eyes are worse. The dark circles appear more prominent and the left eye which was my good eye has now sunken. I’ve noticed my left upper cheek is also a lot fuller than my right. The difference is quite obvious and makes my face look slanted. Has anyone had sub par results with PRF? How long did it take to return to baseline?
