Planning to visit Pondy next week ie 23 and 24.

Have been hearing about heavy rainfall at the same time people telling that it’s too hot and not ideal for a trip rn. What to do ?

I initially got a Jio Fiber connection and completed the KYC process. Later, the installation agent told me that the flat/tower details and dish number were entered wrongly from their side during registration.

Because of this, I was asked to re-register and take a completely new connection, which I did. The agent who came for installation said that the old connection amount would be refunded, but now there’s no response from the agent and I haven’t received any update regarding the refund either.

Meanwhile, I’m still getting messages saying that the installation for the previous connection is being postponed, even though I was told that connection would be cancelled and there would be a refund.

Has anyone faced something similar before? What should I do next — customer care, escalation, app complaint.? Any help would be appreciated.
