They mentioned that as the intermediary has no response towards hyv's attorney letters, they will take legal actions to protect themselves.

Intermediary is also listed in blacklist.

Also, all creators who didn't get paid can registered their info at hyv. They will continuously follow-up this incident.

Under the law, miHoYo wasn't legally obligated to get involved — it was the third party's responsibility. However, miHoYo not only compensated the affected artists but also helped them fight for their rights.

A Chinese blogger who frequently spread rumors about Genshin Impact has issued an apology statement.

I, Li Yang, hereby express my sincerest apologies to Shanghai miHoYo Yingtie Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "miHoYo") with a heavy heart.

Between April 2024 and February 2025, I used the accounts "番鼠鉴赏家", "番鼠鉴赏家3", "李帆收藏家", and "李帆鉴赏家" on platforms such as Douyin, Bilibili, Kuaishou, and Xiaohongshu to publish multiple videos related to miHoYo and its games Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. In these videos, I used offensive and extreme language to describe miHoYo and its game products, evaluated the games using unreasonable standards, made unfair game comparisons, and made improper criticisms of miHoYo's games. The above actions have violated miHoYo's right to reputation and damaged the emotional connection between the vast player community and miHoYo.

In response, I have deleted all infringing videos from the aforementioned platform accounts and hereby promise to strictly abide by laws and regulations in the future, to be cautious in my words and actions, to respect the labor and creative achievements of game developers, and to respect the passion of the vast player community for the games.
