Submitted documents proving I was out of Student Loan default 3 times does it normally take them a month to look at one piece of paper?

I have called about the documents I have submitted Online twice, one guy said 5-7 business days and wait for my email, waited for that didn't get anything back. Called again guy said he would make it a priority and to wait 1-2 business days, nothing happened again. Went down in person to hand in my documents got told 5-7 business days again. On day number 5 and I have no hope anymore. Does it normally take this long for anyone to read or verify anything? I just want to do my summer classes and I have no idea if I should just find the personal phone number of who-ever the hell is charge down there.

I don't love how in order to be a true transsexual you have to revolve your identity around men.

It's more HSTS vs. AGP or whatever but also like it feels so reductive to transsexualism to involve one's relationship to men as the defining path in which one is seem as more real or not. Like I've fucked cis guys regretfully and that shit didn't make me think wow I'm a real Doll now it made me think "oh this is what literally every women on the planet was talking about when they said this blows." Like any time I see content or media involving trans women what's constantly the focus is her relationship to a man who sucks and hates her. And I get it's supposed to be "validating." or whatever to know that trans women suffer the same plights as cis women or whatever but this is like idk the gender deconstruction we should be thinking about rather than the boring and tired "Should trans women get FFS." psyop nonsense.

I keep getting fed these tiktoks from trans creators I really like and relate too and then I get hit with there. "soooooo does anyone else think """""""trans women""""""" who weren't gay boys where weird lolllllll."

In short billions must become feminists

I need a bit of help on how to motivate my players more

A bit of an issue Im running into at my table is all the players don't really have a coherent reason to be doing things within the game world.

I have a kind hearted fixer who doesn't really want to do morally dubious jobs. And I don't mean eat 3 babies for 5 eddies I mean do something without asking about moral nature of the job.

I have a Solo who's not really interested in the plot at doesn't really engage with it on a character level choosing to ignore it rather than engage with it. They have a sort of loner solider vibe which I can't do much with because they don't have anything they care about.

A medtek drug dealer who does engage in the moral conflict of their character.

A netrunner who's interested in the plot i'm setting up on a character level.

Right now I had my solo say that they didn't have a reason to be on a job and clashed with the fixer in the setup phase and I was kinda lost because well they all can't do the job without the Solo, I set up the jobs to flex everyones strengths and weakness and I know that without the Solo they can't really do much in the way of combat.

The main issue is 2/4 players don't want to get involved in the plot and would rather ignore it or shirk it off onto other NPC's.
