I just bought some cf nylon and outside of a couple dedicated dryers, the consensus here is an air fryer or dehydrator is best for drying. Anyone have experience with this one in particular? It was only $50 so worse comes to worse I'm not out a large amount of money.
So I started a print and left for the gym. The print failed at some point and I'm guessing that it's because the filament didn't stick well enough. My first problem is that it seems the clog detection on this thing is useless. On a few occasions I've had prints fail mostly because of adhesion issues where it'll fling the model across the plate then continue trying to print with a giant filament bubble at the end of the nozzle. Thankfully I've been there to stop it but in this case I wasn't. I thought if there was a problem this bad the printer would have stopped itself and detected a problem. I didn't take pictures directly of the aftermath but there was a problem at some point, filament kept going, and it eventually broke the hotend. There's probably a good foot of filament that was just hanging that I had to cut. Thankfully hotends are cheap but I've only had this thing for 3 weeks. Buyer beware I guess but I would have expected better.
I have a 15 SXT. I've noticed mostly during summer over the past 2 years, when I start the car the radio won't turn on. Sometimes it'll turn on after the interior has cooled off a bit but other times it'll stay off until I disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes. I've read this is caused by a communication error between the radio and BCM but does anyone know why? The vehicle is completely stock and I have no engine lights or codes active. It's got 140k miles if that helps and the radio works fine when it turns on.
