If you were building a crypto portfolio for 2029, what would it look like?

Been on test e for 7 months now cruising and blasting blood work is fine, have heard conflicting info, about if I were to come off, how long until my natural production would be back at roughly normal levels, 6-12 months ?

Been on testosterone for 8 months (blast/cruise). Bloodwork is fine. If I come off completely and stay clean for 6 months, could I still fail a sports drug test, or would I likely be clear by then?

I’m starting to wonder if holding altcoins is worth the risk. Every cycle so many get wiped out, while BTC keeps proving itself.
