I returned a package to Amazon through UPS, and it was supposed to arrive at Amazon’s facility in Pendergrass, Georgia yesterday. When I track it, it says it departed from Atlanta, GA yesterday afternoon, which is only about an hour away from Pendergrass, but there still hasn’t been another scan or delivery update for about 24 hours now.
I called UPS customer service and they basically just told me to keep monitoring the tracking over time, but I’m starting to wonder if this is normal for that area or if the Amazon return facility there gets backed up a lot.
I’m mainly curious because I’m waiting on the refund so I can buy other things. Has anyone else had a return sit like this before even though it was already super close to the final destination? How long did it take for yours to update or get delivered?
