I love all food and want to experience all that the UWS has to offer :)

(Standard Carry On) And the Sales Rep mentioned numerous times that the customizable wheels and handles were included in the cost. I found this surprising but didn’t probe until at the end when my total was $2.3k… so I asked again “the green wheels and handles are included?”
Once I walked out the store I looked at my email receipt and saw the extra ~$500 on the receipt and was SHOOK. Walked right back in there and asked for the original black color and a refund. Like I literally spent 15 minutes comparing colors only to find out she was trying to swindle me?
Also before you ask it definitely was not user error on my part bc my partner also heard her say it was included in the base cost multiple times.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
Ps not gna name the location bc I don’t wna get her in trouble. She was nice otherwise and I can’t knock her hustle. I feel like most ppl spending that much money on luggage aren’t even paying attention when they swipe their card.
