Her whole existing should be a tax write off while she's raising her children. Mothers are raising the next generation, they are basically working an actual full time job. I think if they have a husband who works, then he should pay taxes on his job, but if she works too, her income should be tax free.
And then anything she buys that goes toward raising her kids should be tax free, so like a car to drive her kids places or whatever would be a write off.
