Happened to me

Welp, luckily I caught it only 2 weeks in. Was talking to this girl on IG for like 2 weeks, everything seemed real. I suddenly started to notice she was getting a lot of bot people commenting on her pics and they weren’t real people. I then stumbled upon an account of someone that looked like her supposed “bf” which I’d seen on her account. The account I found was the real friend, and then I found the real person I thought I was talking to. Honestly, insane how detailed some of these fake impersonating IG accounts can be. She was posting stories as well of the same girl.

I know this can be controversial, but I did reach out to the real girl and let her know what’s up. She has known about the account for years and tried many times to get it taken down. Shame on instagram for not taking any of these matters seriously

Had to post this just to let it out honestly. I’m not a guy who dates much or anything like that, and usually am very vigilant to this type of shit. Moment I realized it was fake was like a dagger to the heart

What hour to start electrolytes

Hi all, bought some electrolytes to mix in my water for my just started 72 hour fast. Had a decent size meal this morning before starting. Wondering how many times a day y’all mix in a pack to your water, and at what hour do you first do it? Thanks!

[“SFSTL” 7/28 Trip Report]

What an absolutely underrated park with amazing views.

Crammed this park in on an all Missouri 48hours trip, overslept this morning in Branson, and missed rope drop arriving at noon.

In under 2.5 hours

3X Mr Freeze without getting off the train (incredible)

1X all 9 other eligible credits

This park is definitely worth fitting in, even if you’re short on hours, as long as you go on a weekday.

Worlds of fun in 3 hours?

Worlds of fun 7/26

I will only have 3 hours since we’re going for python pit at the FEC & then making the trek down to Branson and would rather spend more time there.

Plan is to rope drop spinning dragons, then run to boomerang, knock out 2 laps each on zinger and prowler. Head to mamba for 2 laps, hit Timberwolf (if open) and cyclone Sam’s, and then finish with a lap on patriot.

Does this seem like the best plan of attack/or manageable?

I have six flags diamond elite vip, but unsure if the skip line passes work at enchanted parks or if I’ll even need to use them.

DE VIP skip line enchanted parks?

Hi all

Wondering if anyone knows if the diamond elite vip skip the line 4 time passes work at enchanted parks? I’ve been to VF with it and know the parking and entry works, and the 50% discount works if you find the proper employees. Wondering if the skip the lines work also?

First Time Watcher

Just finished the show, I expected somewhat to be in the minority, but truly shocked to see how big the minority is.

(Yes, I wanted Dawson & Joey to end up together)

Going to keep it brief, bc I could write an essay on this show.

Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed the change of pace of Pacey and Joey falling in love, and how the show turned from 128 episodes of will they won’t they to will she pick him or him. However, I find the double standards to be absolutely astonishing. Dawson is looked at as a complete villain, and Pacey is viewed as a “real man”. Dawson & Pacey both did a lot of bad things, expectedly so as teens. For me, I was done with Pacey & Joey after the prom night Pacey meltdown. Dawson would never do that in a public place. Even at his drunk birthday party meltdown, he had nothing bad to say about Joey. The difference for me is that Dawson grew up, and Pacey never did. The finale is the ultimate comparison between Dawson & Pacey growing up and not growing up. Pacey is knowingly sleeping around with a married woman. The argument can be used that he’s masking his pain of not being with Joey, but after everything he’s been through I find it pathetic. Yes, you can build yourself up career wise like he has, in attempts to become a better man, but then having such poor actions really puts it all to shame. In reality, Joey would not run right back to Pacey after seeing that, especially after seeing that he got beat up, and is still always around trouble.

I do look forward to any comments, and again not saying Dawson is perfect by any means because that’s absolutely not true. Him reading Joey’s diary was absolutely sickening to me.

Everwood Characters 20 Years Later Part 2

Last week I made a post about where I think the characters would be now. This post is where “I WANT” the characters to be now 20 years later.

Andy - Married Nina, 4 years later (once Delia was finished with HS) was ready to go back to NYC to work part time. Also following Delia to her college in NYC. Nina didn’t go. They stayed together, a year later Nina agreed to move out there. After 2 years they had differences. Divorced but agreed to stay friends and close, but Nina goes back to Everwood. 5 years later now with both of his kids being grown adults, he calls Linda and she is single. They rekindle and Linda moves to NYC. They end up together. A few years later, they move back to Everwood and Andy continues part time work in Denver moreso just teaching at his older age.

Ephram - Married to Amy, has 3 children. They still live in Everwood, but he does travel domestically to play piano, as he is a somewhat famous player. Also teaches locally and domestically. He also writes a novel, and thanks Will Cleveland in the book and during many interviews/performances and says he is responsible for where he is today with music. 15 years later, his child does knock on the door and find him. Ephram explains everything, the child has had a good life and tells Ephram he understands and apologizing isn’t necessary. Amy encourages Ephram to pursue a relationship with him, and they do form a friendship/bond that continues to grow.

Amy - married with the 3 children.Lives in Everwood. Full time mom, however also works part time at the family practice. She later gets involved in more part time medical/mental health work after having dealt with her issues, Colin, her mom, Hannah’s family, Irv, Reid, etc. Sometimes goes to Denver to assist hospitals when they are understaffed. Also volunteers at Everwood high. Still friends with Hannah but they rarely see eachother in person.

Bright - Works hard at Colorado A&M. Involved with both sports team as assistant/trainer. Leaves Everwood after school, gets involved in sports training in Chicago. A few years later with an established career, he transfers to Denver and runs into Ada. They go on a few dates and have a bunch of chemistry. They marry, and have 4 children. They live one hour outside of Denver, and he commutes for work, so they can be closer to Everwood.

Harold - Him and Rose do adopt the abandoned baby. Traveled for multiple years with Rose, the child, and Edna, also visiting Linda many times before she moved to NYC. Has his practice back and keeps running it with help. Wants to pass it to Amy and the adopted child.

Rose - As stated above, becomes a mom again, traveled with Harold. The cancer never comes back and she’s alive and well. Has also lost some weight. In retirement, she gets involved with helping homeless teenagers and children.

Hannah - Left Everwood to study abroad. No longer speaks to anyone from Everwood besides Amy & Nina. Travels the world helping local churches give back and build for the community. Meets a good man, gets married and has 5 children.

Delia - After finishing HS, moved back to NYC for school and to get closer with her grandparents again, and convinces Andy to come with. (Don’t worry she also brought the horse and boards him north of the city) She goes to school for acting and film. Delia ends up making it in the industry as someone behind the scenes, lives in LA for a few years, before coming back to NYC and focusing on broadway work. Years later, she reconnects with her old friend, Arny. They end up getting married, and move back to LA to be closer to Everwood but also in a city where they can both pursue their careers. They are currently trying to have children.

Nina - As said above, she goes to NYC to try and make it work with Andy. Doesn’t happen. After she goes back to Everwood, she worlds her way up and becomes owner of the 2 best restaurants in town. Eventually she tries calling Jake (he tells her to go FYS) She never finds someone to be with. Once back, Andy does help Nina and they go back to being good friends/neighbors. She also still takes care of Sam, who has never left Everwood.

Edna - Still alive. Still has the same spunk. Lived with the Abbott’s for 13 years. She still lives in Everwood, but now in assisted living (not a nursing home) still has a great relationship with her family.

Jake - Still in LA. Finally found self worth and self respect, and managed to get clean once and for all. Kept working hard and is really doing well. After a few relationships, finally meets a great woman younger than him and does get married. They have 2 children.

[Funspot Atlanta] closing rumors

Does anyone have any inside info on this? Seeing a rumor floating around that Funspot Atlanta is closing for a tax write off. I would usually write it off as total BS, but after that Ka shit, I have trust issues

Diamond Elite VIP Drinking plan?

Is the paper cup all season plan included with the 50% discount? Recently had both my free season pass cups stolen at KD, but I find the cups to be a hassle anyways.

Everwood - 20 years later where are the characters now?

I expect to get fully roasted for some of these opinions. Some quick thoughts I made on where the Everwood characters would potentially be.

Amy & Ephram - married with 3 children. Stayed in Everwood. Ephram does travel to play piano, domestically famous player.

Nina & Andy. - married, did separate for a year, stayed married, had one child. Stayed in Everwood for a few years, Andy went back to NYC causing the separation, Nina then moved to NYC.

Rose - traveled with Harold for a few years. Sadly likely passed 10-12 years later due to health issues.

Edna - still alive, because let’s face it, she would live to 110. Living near Linda in another country.

Harold - now living with Bright in Chicago, is teaching with no plans to remarry.

Bright - remained friends with Hannah for a few years, has had a few serious relationships but never got over Hannah. Moved to Chicago, works as a sports trainer.

Hannah - Left Everwood. Travels the world similar to Linda helping others. Got married a few years ago, now has 2 children. Doesn’t talk to of any of her Everwood friends, except Amy on the phone sometimes.

Delia - moved to NYC to remain close to her father. Married and divorced with one child. Manages a high end restaurant, but does a lot of plays hoping to make it on Broadway.

Jake - was back in LA for awhile, eventually got hooked back on drugs. Found a good girlfriend, when they broke up, he accidentally OD’d and passed.

Fun fact! Reverend Tom Keyes is married in real life to Catherine (the 2nd wife in the show)

Married in 1991 though, so they didn’t meet on everwood. Sidenote, I hated how this show dismissed really good characters out of nowhere. He was a really good character, also would’ve liked to see more of Uncle Brian, Julia’s parents, and Andy’s father. I’m sure I forgot a few.

Thoughts on Ephram telling Amy that Bright Cheated?

This was so out of line, at least to me. Yeah, Bright fucked up, but this was honestly grounds for Bright to end the friendship. If you claim to be someone’s best friend, you don’t blast out their private news to someone else, especially so quick. Bright was a good guy, he would’ve figured it out quick enough on his own and told Hannah.

[Desperado]

With today’s news on Primm (even if it remains unlikely that Primm will survive)

If Desperado reopened, would it be the greatest coaster or attraction comeback story of all time?

Andy & Amanda

It took 6-7 rewatches, but I finally understood/hold no ill will towards either of these characters. It makes complete sense why they both fell for eachother. Also respect to Amanda for ending it, Andy probably wouldn’t have been able to.

Harold’s natural humor is super underrated

(3S E4)

8:08 Rose and Harold talking about Brights new Job.

“They love him, didn’t you hear him?” Mikey is giving him dinner shifts, Boo Yah!”

Madison

I know a bunch of us hate the Madison arc. But damn the worst part of it on every rewatch is knowing we lost a season of Amy’s & Ephram’s story. About 25% since we only got 4 seasons. Somewhat glad it ended when it did, because Madison returning in season 5 would’ve been even more annoying.

Why didn’t Andy listen to Dr Donald and let someone else do Colin’s 2nd surgery?

(Ignoring the for TV plot) why do you think Andy didn’t at least consider letting someone do the 2nd operation? Especially after Donald (his mentor) advised him not to do it.
