Macros:

735 Calories (don’t let the cals scare you most come from the mini Reese‘s cups and the peanut butter so you can adjust accordingly)
45.5g Protein
39.5g Fat
57g Carbs (21g Net Carbs, 17g Fiber)

Recipe:

7 pieces of zero sugar mini reese’s cups
3 spoons of only peanuts peanut butter by Kraft
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/8 Cup of Monk Fruit sweetener
0.5 tsp of salt
0.5 tsp of xanthem gum
≈330ML of earths own vanilla unsweetened zero sugar oat milk
1 scoop of revolution chocolate obsession protein powder

Thai Milk Tea Ice cream 37g Protein

I love thai tea and steep my own using loose leaves and then realized this past weekend I can actually make icecream with it, I’m a recent type one diabetic so this is a 0 sugar version, which really it doesn’t taste like zero sugar I would say it’s one to one to the drink (but feel free to substitute) I don’t really write down my recipes but I did my best to try to remember the exact measurements I used :/

Macros:
Calories: 253 kcal
Protein: 36.7 g
Fat: 4.1 g
Total Carbs: 35.0 g
Net Carbs: 8.6 g

≈ 180ML thai tea (steeped w hot water and loose leaves until cooled, then refrigerated)

1.5 scoops of revolution vanilla protein powder

1/4 tsp of salt

2 - 4 pinches of xanthan gum

1/8 cup monk fruit sweetener

2 tsp of vanilla extract

≈ 170ML Earths own vanilla zero sugar oat milk

≈ 12.5 ML zero sugar french vanilla coffee creamer

Baby Food Puffs (Hear me out)

These are very underrated I’m trying to avoid sugars at least as much as I can, these are only 1g per 60 pieces, they’re cheap and only 25cals per 60 pieces.

(60 pieces are around 7 grams with this having a total of 42 grams)

also so many flavours, you can eat them by themselves, use as cereal, use as topping on your sweet treats so many possibilities

Chocolate Banana Fudgesicle (28g Protein 0 Sugar)

Cocoa and revolution chocolate banana protein base with more cocoa mix in and banana slices mixed in topped with more banana. Taste exactly like the banana fudgesicles from the store but in ice cream form
