Margin on Robinhood

I got off the phone with someone from support and they were saying if the long maintenance ratio is 25% I would get 4x that in margin. Is that accurate?

Bipolar type 2 waiver

I went to MEPs and passed everything except the psyche portion and was told I needed a psyche consult. My recruiter never scheduled it because he said I needed a misdiagnosis letter. Later he said I needed 3 years since my last hospitalization which it has been 1 year so far. I called a different recruiter at a different station and she told me i only need 6 months to a year since hospitalization. She wants me to come in tomorrow and they will schedule a psyche consult for me. Do I still have to wait 3 years or I’m I good to go if the consult goes well.

Chances of being LEO

Hello I am a 26M that was denied a police officer position. I failed the background investigation due to criminal records. They didn’t specify but I believe it was my assault charge in 2021. I didn’t use any weapons but it was about 2 1st degrees and 2 2nd degrees. Pretty much happened with 2 people it was more of an altercation. I plead guilty and was placed on a stet docket. A year later charges were dropped and expunged. Was that why I was denied from Baltimore city police. If so do I even have a chance at other departments.

I was approved to be an independent broker for Kiavi offering financing on fix and flips, bridge loans and dscr loans. What attracted me was not needing a license but I don’t mind getting one. I want the flexibility of being an independent contractor. For the independent contractors out there or anyone with expertise how do you find investors? Would like to get started ASAP

Thinking about being an investment real estate agent for investor clients after I take the adventures in CRE accelerator course. My focus may be the Baltimore,MD area. Just want to know if it’s worth it. If there is anyone out there with expertise or advice that would be appreciated.
