My Son wanted to stop by our LCS today
He is five and I think he inherited the itch. He has been telling me he wanted to go by the coin shop for a while now, ever since I took him about a year ago and he got $2 face in constitutional.
I picked these up and of course bought him an Indian buffalo 1 ounce bar. His first bar. He is happy, I am thrilled.
Yes it’s a nice high to pickup another 10oz, but having your kiddo get involved is such a good feeling. My heart y’all! Hoping he learns to save this way and maybe inherit my stack someday.

Couldn’t resist the drop
I bought probably about 15 ounces of .999 and 90% prior to this dip. Some before that too. That’s the way it goes.
However the best way to get the DCA going in the right direction is to buy more for less. I have been itching to buy more.
So I stopped by my LCS today. These were all 2 over spot. I have to admit it feels good getting more physical per dollar. For $600 I felt like I had something decent in my pocket.

Where to go detecting in Central Florida
Hi everyone I am new to this. I’m in the central Florida area, Lake County specifically. I was doing some research online and it seems like Detecting is prohibited just about everywhere. County parks, state parks, national forest. All the cool places I can think of.
You can detect on most beaches from the toe of the dune down to the water. However I am about an hour from there. I will be there for a week starting July.
I’m looking for suggestions on where I can go practice. Anyone familiar with this area?

Started Hyrimoz Yesterday, Holy Headache!
I started Hyrimoz yesterday and figured I would share my experience.
I’m no stranger to biologics. This is my 7th or 8th I have tried.
They gave me a stronger starting dose as PsA has been impacting my eyes. 👀 so I had to inject two pens, another one pen in a week, and then 1 pen every two weeks there after.
The injections were not painful at all. No sting or burn. However within an hour of injecting I started to have body aches and a slight headache. The headache got worse so I just went to bed after dinner. It was migraine level headache. It reminded me of my younger days as if I was drinking and smoking cigarettes all night and woke up hungover. However I didn’t. I have never experienced that with other biologics before. It sucked.
I woke up around 3 AM and haven’t been able to sleep since. Headache is gone though for now.
Anyone else get the <insert humira biosim here> hangover? Any tips? Not looking fwd to giving myself biweekly migraines.

My first find with my new Legend 2
Tried it out over at my in-laws house on a few acres. Used to be an Orange Grove. Found this penny someone must have dropped when they were building their house.
The legend performed well. Also found some broken bits of metallic things throughout the yard. Can’t wait to get to the beaches.

Update on my struggles with eye symptoms.
Met with Rheumatologist earlier this week. He agreed Tremfya is not working. We are going to try a Humira Biosim but at the starting dosage for Uveitis since it’s spread there.
I tried a TNF long ago, Cimzia but I developed antibodies to it. I can’t tolerate MTX but am now on Leflunomide with the hopes that keeps me from developing antibodies to it.
I have been through Cimzia, Taltz, Cosentyx, Orencia , Rinvoq, Xeljanz, and Tremfya.
I find it Ironic I am back to TNFi’s but hopefully the extra strength loading doses for Uveitis and the biweekly regimen will work better.
I have CVS specialty, anyone else get a Humira like med from them? Which one did you end up with?
