So context: I am relatively new to this game (about three months), F2P, play exclusively Quick Counter especially that my only manager is Portugal pack Martinez, but tried Overload with the free Lampard for few games.

LBC is not nerfed: LBC is still the most OP. Konami nerfed defending, but that means all other playstyles also suffer, but since other playstyles already didn't depend on defending deep, it exposes them even more!! LBC benefit from simply the sheer number of players they have infront of their goal.

First picture is my record last phase, second picture is current phase so far. Record speaks for itself! Over the top passes and my defenders simply ignore the ball now and allow strikers through!!! Guess this is a rant now lol.

Aguero is still better than $1 Suarez: Might be unpopular opinion... Suarez is very good, but Aguero still performs much better for me. I guess it depends on your playstyle but even his Blitz Curler go in more for me, despite the massive gulf in the relevant stats for Blitzing.

Double playstyle: Defenders behave differently now. My players try to offside trap (mostly unsuccessfully) much more often now (I do not have automatic offside trap on!).

Also, defenders wonder more and break the line of defence, like my Romero decides to play CDM by himself clearly leaving opponents CF fully free. (My guess, defenders on basic or no playstyle will behave randomly so you go on and buy new defenders after the update).

Is it only me or others feel that way? Ok rant over lol

Rant:

😤 What's up with Blitz Curler!!! When I started playing this game, I was thinking, oh this is fun. Entered Div 3, "helllooo I am Blitz Curler, time to ruin your fun". Is it possible they would nerf it? If yes, how fast?

😤 Why is the ball more in the air than on the floor in those divisions!! We are playing football, but sometimes I feel I am playing volleyball!! I know it is part of the game of football, but it feels it is overused because obviously it works! I had opponents play and depending purely on the mess and unpredictability it creates!

😤 Is it me or it is obvious that there is a kick-off (especially after a goal) and 45th and 90th minute glitch?! Like I feel there is an absurd amount of goals get scored during those times, both for me and opponents! It is like defenders stop being organized for a minute (this was an issue in FC too if I remember correctly!).

Questions:

❓ Will my 1,661 rating/points be enough to get the De Paul? I know it is a guess, but maybe the more experienced members of the community can give a rough prediction.

❓ I have an issue where if my wingers are in the box preparing for an obvious cutback and they just simply stop running and slowdown allowing opponent defender to catch-up. It is like they become undecisive, whether to run, pass, or shoot (this is the best way I can explain it!). Happens every single time and I thought this might be game thing, but noticed opponents do not face such issue. Any ideas (maybe settings)?

❓How often do we get F2P good and guaranteed GKs? I know the Kobel is what's available currently, but he is anything but guaranteed.

❓Is there a setting for headers that I need to fix? It feels like opponents always get the second ball even if I am the one who won the header and directed it perfectly!

Suggestions:

🎁 Maybe a game mode to grind to earn things? Like I have only couple of hours a day to play, but I still feel like I "finish everything" and then nothing to play. Like "Events" I finish them the day they are released as vs AI I set it on beginner and do my thing until it is done. Then do not want to play my league since I feel I achieved the rating I want. Maybe a game mode where you can play PvP for unlimited games and you simply get a reward for every win, even 5 coins or even 1 booster token or whatever!

🎁 Someway to get elite players besides packs! Like I want to get an elite GK now, but I have no way to do that. Like FC has transfer market. I am not saying to make a transfer market, but maybe showtime or epic players available to be bought with whichever currency (points, coins, GP), fine make them expensive, but at least they are available 24/7 and something to grind towards. They will still make their money and we get players.

Finally made 2k coins. I play exclusively Quick Counter. Tried other playstyles, did not enjoy them as much, maybe POS slightly. F2P.

Now it is FINALLY time to get a manager, but which one, especially it feels non of the packs have players who really improve my team!

1. R. Martinez (Portugal Pack): The only manager with 90 QC, but his boosters are finishing & attacking awareness, so only really useful for attackers. Also, his centrepiece are wingers and key man are attacking full-backs, I play with NON of those two! People might say it is good for Ronaldo, but who'd he play for, everybody in my front 4 feels undroppable! Bellingham is important for defensive duties.

2. Tuchel (England Pack): Has 89 QC and also 90 POS (my 2nd favourite playstyle). His boosters a low pass and stamina, do not feel that they are the best. Centrepiece DM but my DM is really defensive, almost no attacking contributions.

3. Deschamps (France Pack): Most OP 89 LBC, LBC which i did not enjoy testing with GP managers, but you might argue just get him, make it work with LBC, and pocket the 500 coins. Centrepiece (AMF) and Key Man (CF) are perfect for my playstyle.

Team as in the picture needs proper upgrading, I would argue the whole back 7! but do not see much upgrades from the packs. Thoughts and help are appreciated 💚

Everything Hates You

Few days ago I shared that I launched a game that I had in mind for years.

The goal was to make a single-player, speedrunning, and obby "premium" game (from the mechanics and hazard behaviours POV). A game I'd enjoy playing, and I simply share it.

The game has:

🚀 4 stages & 41+ UNIQUE hazards systems

🚀 75+ hazards

🚀 Speedrunning: I can finish the game in about 6 minutes. Some friends played it, they averaged about 45 minutes.

🚀 Stable camera so you can only move and figure out the path.

The feedback I got on Reddit after sharing is to work on the thumbnail and UI, which I did, the results are in the video (hopefully it does not spoil much). So further constructive feedback is always welcomed!

I am happy to share that I finally launched a game that I had in mind for years. The goal was to make a single-player, and premium (especially in the mechanics and behaviors) game but not having to deal with all the indie games launch headaches, so thought why not on Roblox.

It is a speedrunning obby game (Basically, I made a game that I would enjoy and shared it).
